It might be obvious by my 3 posts in one day that I have nothing to do at work today but sit and wait for edits to keep working on my project.
BUT I just cannot wait for these things:
1) SUNFLOWER FARMERS MARKET
2) Free therapy as a BYU student
3) Riding my bike to school
4) Cafe Rio
5) Provo Temple so close and always open (well always = open enough)

Another Inside Joke With Myself
about once a week i open the back door where my dog is smiling up at me and say this and shut to door. i make myself laugh so hard.
i love how pathetic i am
My Dream Job
I want to be a Nike Model.
I've always had a little thing for Nike. I wish the shoes were better for my stupid weird shaped feet for running. Instead I have to wear ugly Brooks. The same ones, every year.
Well yesterday I met my mom at Dillard's and I peroozed the shoes before finding her and I found these Nike kicks for $90 that I want. I told myself if I get down to 145 (I currently am 153-155ish) I should treat myself to those nice little shoes.
I might just go buy them today though. Because I suck. Usually I'm really good about these things. Patience, and all. Back when I was sitting at 163-165 I told myself that when I hit 155 I would go get myself a LuLu Lemon head band but then at 155 I realized I didn't need it.
BUT I've just always wanted to be a Nike Model. I love everything about that brand.
And while I really do workout quite a bit, I'll NEVER be THAT fit.
oh well. at least i can always just wear nike things and feel like a nike model citizen.
these aren't exactly the ones i want. they are a more neon pink.
maybe i'll go to dillards today.

Cut & Paste
Crazy thoughts of a runner:
First off - brag time.
A short run after work used to be 3 miles. Now it's 7.
A long run on the weekend used to be 5 miles. Now it's 11.
Now forward with my crazy thoughts of yesterday.
I asked myself whilst running (7 miles!) this crazy question -
"If you could cut and paste members of several different bands, who would you put together?"
Guitar: Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine
Why? Listen to the middle of Take the Power Back. That's why.
Singer: Rivers Cuomo of =w=eezer
why? Simply out of pure love.
Back up singer: Doug "SA" Martinez (the Mexican rapper) of 311
Why? Listen to Down, yo.
Lyricist: whoever writes the songs for Cake
Why? it makes no sense, none of it. and neither do it.
Drums: Phil Collins
Why? Why not, really?
Bass: Paul McCartney
Why? For his haircut and nothing more.
Costumes: Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers
Why? Because he loves not wearing a shirt.

Makeup: whoever does Brandon Flowers of The Killers
Why? Sex appeal.

Nightmares Before Easter (and the week following)
I love The Mamas & The Papas and they love dreams. How do I know this? They sing about dreams sometimes. California Dreamin', I Dreamed a Little Dream.
I don't typically dream and therefore do not have much of an opinion on the matter.
Well lately, I don't know if it's PMS or what, but nightly I've been having very unsettling and restless sleep due to unpleasant dreams. In the morning I can hardly remember more that a mere mash up of colors, faces, and places.
While I do not {usually} night-dream, I certainly am a nut case of a day-dreamer. Running for me is a time to go over my favorite self-written and self-directed stories that I have stored in my head. Essentially my own show of the way my life could be. It's like a drama mixed with a sitcom depending on my mood and the length of the run.
Well, the worst day-dream/nightmare (worst meaning, longest airing) has been that, while on my period, I'll get up from sitting for a long period of time and I'll have left a mark on both the chair and my dress.
From the day I started middle school until 8th grade when I actually finally started my period I had this waking dream every single day/hour/minute of my life. For 3 straight years I was nervous that today would be my day and it would happen to me during class.
Nowadays I obviously don't have the same nightmare every time I sit somewhere, but the days before I am anticipating the beginning of my cycle the waking nightmare returns to me. (not like David Duchovny to Minnie Driver).
Well last night whilst dining at the Cheesecake Factory with my mom's Relief Society Dinner Group, it happened. It really wasn't a big deal either! I was wearing a short little red dress from Zara made out of some cheap horrible modern material, and a jean jacket. I had to go to the bathroom the entire time we were there but due to my position in the middle of the bench I had just kept on waiting and waiting until I thought I would burst.
Finally I make it to the bathroom and all the troubles associated with the mishap were actually terribly easy to rectify and no harm, no foul, and no embarrassment took place. I'm glad that once this horrible nightmare finally became reality, it was honestly so close to not a big deal at all that I really shouldn't even be blogging about. Really the only reason I finally decided to was because I have been wondering if I should blog about this past week of horrible sleep due to lost and forgotten nightmares.

I don't even care about being cool and I am totally going to go see Titanic in theaters as soon as possible.
