So in preparation for the upcoming swim suit season I am not going to DIEt.

I'm going to eat healthy, I know how to do that.

Avoid sugary things (this is the hardest part)

and work out.

AND watch a Gwen video every night as inspiration. Also, maybe right before the gym.
