I cherish my running iPod that hasn't been updated since my laptop broke in 2008.
Friday I left on a jog with my dog Coco. Two minutes down the street and we came across a yard full of chickens running amok. (Amok, Amok, Amok, Amok) Coco went nuts and I ran home to leave her and grab my mom so we could knock on the door and inform the chicken owners of their escapees. The chickens were gone and so was my chance to spend time alone with my iPod since now my mom was with me. We just went on a mom walk. So Saturday when it came time to go on a run I was glad to get a half an hour of my music.
SHUFFLE SO KINDLY GAVE ME:
Arctic Monkeys - Still Take you Home
Muse - Intro
Muse - Unintended
The Presidents of the United States of America - Peaches
Black Eyed Peas - Pump It
Brand New - The No Seatbelt Song (skipped for slowness)
The Killers - Change Your Mind
The Fray - Heaven Forbid (skipped for boringness)
The Beastie Boys - Time To Get Ill
Hello Goodbye - Two Weeks In Hawaii (skipped for boringness)
Gomez - See The World (skipped for slowness)
Abba - Voulez Vous (I anxiously await Abba to pop up on Shuffle. Unfortunately I cannot simply listen to Abba whilst running because it makes me dance-run and my calves start hurting after 3 songs)
Nine Inch Nails - Head Like A Hole (skipped for the 13th AoF)
The Flaming Lips - Ego Tripping At The Gates of Hell (skipped halfway for slowness)
Gnarles Barkley - Transformer
Arctic Monkeys - Riot Van
Maroon 5 - She Will Be Loved

Context Clues
I love this quote alone. Forget the rest of the conversation.
But seriously, instagram is quite a catalyst to make me resent babies. And almost frozen yogurt even.

Tomorrow, I'll love ya, tomorrow
I might not go into work because
a) I have 11 vacation days left & my last day of work is July 31 (11 work days away)
b) President Obama is going to be in town. (read: traffic)
c) I'm feeling a "widdle tick" as my friend Austin said before he graduated from speech class
d) I want to watch Flight of the Conchords all day long
Financial Aid
I'm glad I didn't have to deal with it this year.
Meanwhile, I applied to the wrong school --- http://fashionlawinstitute.com/about

The Vow
June Vow to myself: accomplished!
I DID NOT USE ANY HEAT ON MY HAIR THE ENTIRE MONTH!
I did not blow dry, straighten, or curl my hair at all.
Sometimes I hated how it looked letting it air dry, especially on Sunday for church (the one day I usually like to get all dolled up), but alas! earwax. I made it.
I'm reluctant to make this same vow for July because I fear I might crack and I'd hate to break a promise to myself.
